Third Quarter final of the World cup where South Africa take on New zealand in Mirpur. New zealand won the toss and elected to bat first. NZ loss both the openers in the quick session., they were 16/2 at one stage. After that Jesse Ryder and Ross Taylor made some valuable runs to the total. They made 116 for the third wicket. NZ set 222 as a target for SA. On chasing SA loss H Amla in the very first over. But after that they steady the inning with the help of J Kallis and G Smith. South Africa were 108/2 and looked very confident. But when Jacques Kallis fell and they crash-landed spectacularly for 172 all out. Jacob oram took four wickets and two catches in a crucial time to trigger a South African collapse in Mirpur. J Oram named Man of the Match. He says "Thank god, I was tall enough and managed to get the Kallis catch, I suppose Kallis's dismissal was the turning point of the match. Its so hard when you are injured continuously to get any rhythm, so the feeling has been better to be on the field. We believe we can go all the way now"
